At first I was like who are you and what did you do with bateszi? But I enyejod your bit of sarcasm, Personally the only show I am really excited about this fall is Tytania because like you I also have a thing for space operas (one day I'll brave Legend of the Galactic Heroes. It's just a little too long for me right now.) I also might check out a couple episodes of Hakushaku to Yousei. It looks like it could be cute shoujo (or incredibly stupid). And finally I will watch the second season of Nodame. I have some issues with the anime but I do love the story.

May I ask the titles of the books you pikecd up? I've also only recently taken to learning, and I'm finding lugging the laptop around with me to the library (the only place I can get peace right now) is too cumbersome with battery concerns.
